Is there a minimum booking?
No. We currently do not require a minimum booking. We'll recommend the most suitable package based on your guest count and event requirements.
Is transportation included?
No. Transportation is charged separately and will be quoted based on your event location.
Do you travel outside Pampanga?
Yes! We accept bookings throughout Luzon. Transportation and any applicable accommodation (if required) will be quoted based on the event location.
How much is the reservation fee?
A 50% reservation fee is required to secure your event date. Bookings are only confirmed once the reservation fee has been received.
Can I customise the sauces and toppings?
Absolutely! Guests can enjoy our selection of signature sauces and toppings. Package inclusions may vary depending on the package you choose.
How early do you arrive for setup?
Our team typically arrives 60–90 minutes before the scheduled service time to complete the setup and ensure everything is ready before your guests arrive.
How long is the service?
Our standard event service runs for 2–3 hours, depending on your selected package. If you need additional serving time, extra hours can be arranged for an additional fee.
Can I add more servings during the event?
Yes! Additional servings may be ordered during the event, subject to product availability. We recommend letting us know in advance if you expect a larger guest count so we can prepare accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Transfer, GCash, Maya, and Cash. Additional payment options may be available upon request.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling requests are subject to our availability and should be made as early as possible. Your reservation fee may be transferred to a new event date if we receive sufficient notice and the new date is available.
